Then you might be the person we’re looking for.

InZynk is growing, and we’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our customers get the most out of the InZynk platform. In this role, you’ll be responsible for activating new users, guiding them through onboarding, and ensuring they succeed with the platform over time.

You’ll work closely with customers through digital meetings, product walkthroughs, and ongoing follow-ups to help them reach their goals. At the same time, you’ll play a key role internally by bringing customer insights back to the team and helping us continuously improve the product and customer experience.

Your mission? Turn new sign-ups into successful, long-term customers.

Responsibilities

Customer onboarding & activation

  • Activate new sign-ups through onboarding emails and follow-ups
  • Conduct digital meetings and product walkthroughs
  • Help new users quickly understand and start using the platform

Customer success & relationship management

  • Own and develop relationships with assigned customers
  • Proactively follow up to ensure platform adoption and goal achievement
  • Support customers in maximizing their use of the InZynk platform
  • Drive engagement initiatives that increase usage and success

Customer insights & retention

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally
  • Relay feedback to relevant internal teams (e.g. Product & R&D)
  • Contribute to churn prevention and long-term customer satisfaction
  • Compile and present monthly customer reports and insights

Who You Are

You likely have experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, Account Management, or similar roles. Experience within SaaS is a big plus.

But most importantly, you are someone who:

  • You enjoy building strong customer relationships and creating trust
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and genuinely care about customer success
  • Comfortable managing multiple customers, follow-ups, and processes at the same time
  • You enjoy collaborating with colleagues across different teams
