We are looking for a Customer Support & Operations Specialist

Then you might be the person we’re looking for.

InZynk is growing, and we’re now looking for a Customer Support & Operations Specialist to help keep our customer operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll work closely with Customer Success and Sales and be responsible for maintaining the systems, workflows, and data that support our customers throughout their journey.

You’ll play an important role in managing our CRM, optimizing automation and lifecycle processes. Ensuring our reporting and dashboards to provide the insights the team needs to make smarter decisions.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves systems, structure, and being the person who makes everything “just work”.

Your mission? Make sure our customer operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with the right insights behind every decision.

What You’ll Do

CRM & HubSpot Excellence

  • CRM & HubSpot management
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and quality
  • Update customer records with relevant information for reporting and dashboards.

 

Automation & Customer Lifecycle Magic

  • Automation & customer lifecycle operations
  • Build, review, and optimize workflows and automation processes
  • Maintain and improve customer lifecycle structures within our systems
  • Send activation emails to newly signed customers
  • Support the Customer Success team with operational and system-related tasks
  • Reporting & operational insights

 

Insights, Reporting & Operational Intelligence

  • Compile monthly platform customer reports
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting structures
  • Ensure the team has access to clear, reliable data to support Customer Success and business decisions

 

Who You Are

You probably have 2–4 years of experience in CRM management, customer operations, or a similar role and if you know HubSpot, that’s a big plus.

But more importantly, you are someone who:

  • You enjoy working with systems, data, and automation
  • Has a sharp attention to detail
  • You’re structured and care about keeping data clean and reliable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You like identifying inefficiencies and improving workflows
  • You enjoy collaborating with colleagues across teams
