We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist

InZynk is growing and we’re now looking for an onboarding expert. We need someone who excels at building client relationships and is passionate about helping our customers achieve their goals. 

Working alongside your colleagues, you’ll manage the onboarding process for new clients, coordinate and lead customer training sessions, and cultivate lasting customer relationships. Your main focus will be onboarding new clients and nurturing relationships to encourage retention and loyalty. You’ll also assist clients in maximizing their usage of InZynk’s platform, offering additional services when appropriate. 

Responsibilities  

  • Setting up new customer accounts and conducting onboardings. 
  • Proactively reaching out to customers to prevent churn. 
  • Developing upsells within our existing customer base. 
  • Providing customer support and developing our Help Center. 
  • Relaying customer feedback to necessary internal teams e.g. R&D. 
  • Nurturing existing customer relationships. 

 

What We Are Looking For  

  • Experience: 2+ years experience as Customer Success Manager, Relations Manager, or Service Manager within a tech company (previous experience at a SaaS company is preferable). 

  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level. 

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English; both written and verbal e.g. abilities to describe and understand customer requirements and make presentations. 

  • Project and Change Management: Exceptional project and change management skills and attention to detail. 

  • Team Collaboration: Team player, comfortable working with teams in various countries.
